Filter replacement with new pleated filters on rooftop packaged equipment
Electrical inspection of connections, disconnects, contactors, transformers, capacitors, and internal wiring
Belt inspections, adjustments, and annual replacement as needed
Heating and cooling performance checks, including refrigerant levels, gas pressure tests, and sequence of operation verification
Supply and return airflow temperature checks where required
Coil inspections
Cabinet cleaning to remove loose debris
Inspection of rooftop ductwork for leaks or visible defects
Inspection of natural gas piping, electrical conduit and wiring, and condensate drain piping for leaks or visible defects
